These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seller Widgets website at sellerwidgets.com and the Seller Widgets Chrome extension (together, the "Service"), operated by Robert Scotts Commerce LTD ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Seller Widgets.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Seller Widgets provides real-time streaming widgets, analytics tools, and viewer engagement features for eBay Live sellers. The Service consists of:

A Chrome browser extension that captures your stream statistics from eBay Live
A web dashboard for viewing stream analytics, history, and managing your stream
OBS-compatible browser source widgets that display real-time stream data
A viewer engagement system including chat points, treasure chests, collectibles, daily spins, and leaderboards
A public streamer directory and profile pages

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

We collect your date of birth during registration solely to verify you meet the minimum age requirement. You may optionally link your eBay username to enable chat-based point earning.

3. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts may be subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of eBay's terms of service
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
Use the Service to collect data about other users or third parties
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated systems to access the Service beyond the provided Chrome extension
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

5. Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension operates within your browser and requires access to eBay Live pages. By installing the extension, you acknowledge that:

The extension reads data from eBay Live pages you visit as a seller
Stream data is transmitted to our servers for processing and display
The extension may be updated periodically to maintain compatibility
You are responsible for keeping the extension updated

6. Viewer Rewards and Virtual Items

The Service includes a viewer engagement system with the following components:

Points — Virtual points earned by chatting during live streams. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Treasure Chests — Virtual containers purchased with points that contain collectible items and in-stream reward vouchers.
Collectibles — Virtual items with no monetary value, collected for entertainment purposes only.
Vouchers — Redeemable for in-stream actions such as shoutouts, forfeits, highlighted messages, and song requests. Vouchers have no cash value.
Daily Spin — A free daily reward mechanic that awards points or vouchers.

All virtual items, points, and rewards are provided for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items and point balances at any time. Virtual items cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or traded outside the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Robert Scotts Commerce LTD. You retain ownership of your stream data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including eBay, Google, and Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Stream data will be 100% accurate at all times
The Service will be compatible with all future changes to eBay Live or ShopLive

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of stream data but cannot guarantee it due to the nature of real-time web scraping.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robert Scotts Commerce LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
